[Email] OutLook keeps asking for a password even if you already gave it
Sometimes Outlook keeps asking for your password (or network password), even if you choose the "save password" option. This is a known bug with their product. Microsoft suggests to follow the steps described in this article Save password setting not retained in Outlook or Outlook Express Please follow their recommendations, or use a different email reader if you cannot resolve the problem.
