How can I upgrade my site?
Upgrading is easy. Just submit a ticket to our sales department with: Your domain name The new package you would like How long you would like to prepay for your package. You can also call with this request but it is better in a ticket submission so that we can track your request faster. If you call in we have to open a ticket on it anyways, so if you start one now it is just that much faster on your path to upgrade. In most cases we will upgrade your account as soon as we have the ticket processed and invoice you later that day to speed up your upgrade process. |
