When you fill out the ticket form in its entirety, you will presented with an option to submit your ticket.

In most cases this WILL NOT submit your ticket to the helpdesk. Instead, it will run your ticket through the knowledge base and try to find relevant answers based on what you typed in the ticket.

If none of the suggested answers match what you were looking for (clicking on a suggestion opens a new window, so your ticket will not be lost), then you can use the button at the bottom of the suggestions page that says "My answer was not found, Submit my ticket."

Clicking this button will submit your ticket. You will know that your ticket has been successfully submitted because you will receive an auto-reply via email, and the screen will say "Ticket Created." You will also have the option to track past tickets if you have submitted anything else before.
