To perform a traceroute on Mac all you need to do is open your terminal program. (Located in the Applications folder, and click to open the Utilities folder. From there double click on Terminal.

Then type this into the Terminal:

CODE:

traceroute domain.com

"domain.com" is your actual domain name.
